The Healing Circle guided meditation has been created for use by anyone running, or even thinking of starting, their own psychic development circle.
Sit your group in a circle with one member in the middle. Play this CD and the meditation will take you all on a journey. During the journey a soft cloud will drop you gently on to a Sunflower. Each member of the circle will represent a golden petal, and in the same way that the flower would draw in the energies of the sun, these golden petals will draw in the healing energies and channel it to the person sitting in the centre.
